09B Tool Steel
Oil-hardening cold-work tool steel, closely equivalent to O1 (1.2510). Offers a dependable balance of wear resistance, toughness and edge retention with predictable, low-distortion hardening — a proven general-purpose tooling grade and a cost-effective economiser alternative to O1.
